Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos in 2018 gave an estimated $2 billion in the launch of his Bezos Day One Fund, which supports “existing non-profits that help homeless families,” and is creating “a network of new, non-profit tier-one preschools in low-income communities.”

Bezos, is worth about $160 billion, ranking #1 on Forbes richest with Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Mark Zuckerberg, and Larry Ellison trailing in the Top 5.
According to The Philanthropy 50, Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan donated $213,598,215 in 2018, and Bill and Melinda Gates (#1 in 2017 with $4.78 billion) donated an estimated $138 million in 2018.
